Before you apply for the UK Seafood Fund: Infrastructure Scheme, you must read the following documents. You will be asked to confirm you have read them in the Qualification Questions and in the UK Fisheries Support System.

Form of application (Annex A)

The form of application sets out what you are agreeing to if you make an application to us.

Terms and conditions (Annex B)

This document outlines terms and conditions for the scheme, including:

  • monitoring and reporting
  • auditing and assurance
  • conflicts of interest
  • statutory duties

Do not complete the entry fields on this form. These will be completed if your application is successful.

Privacy notice

The notice sets out how the Marine Management Organisation will collect your data when you apply for the Infrastructure Scheme.

  1. We have added information about the branding manual to ‘Terms and conditions (Annex B)’ - grant recipients will need to follow the branding manual during and following the funding period.

  2. Round 2 of the UK Seafood Fund: Infrastructure Scheme is now open. You must read and agree to the terms set out in the form of application; terms and conditions; and privacy notice before you apply.

  3. Removed agreement and terms for round 1 as this has now ended.
