Details

The provisions of Article 26 of Regulation (EU) 1177/2010 require the National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs) of each EU Member State to publish a report on their activities in the previous two calendar years.

The report provides details of actions taken in order to implement the Regulation, statistics on complaints and any sanctions that may have been applied.
