Senior officials from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia met in London on 24 February 2022 for the first session of the Malaysia-United Kingdom Strategic Dialogue.
The Strategic Dialogue aims to refresh and strengthen cooperation across the breadth of the UK-Malaysia relationship. It will facilitate enhanced co-operation across a range of areas including political-diplomatic cooperation, foreign policy, sustainable growth and climate, heath, digital and technology, culture and people-to-people links. The UK and Malaysia reaffirm their commitment to work together across these areas to further boost the bilateral partnership.
