On 19 January 2016, the Chancellor George Osborne and Indian Finance Minister Arun Jaitley concluded the eighth UK-India Economic and Financial Dialogue. They reached a number of agreements to build on the economic relationship between the UK and India – focussing on financial services, infrastructure and technology
