UKEF’s mission is to ensure that no viable UK export should fail for lack of finance or insurance from the private sector. In its 2014–17 business plan, the department set out its strategy to achieve this, with a focus on being proactive, flexible and innovative.

This document shares some of UKEF’s achievements in 2015–16, showing how the department is making significant progress in supporting a wider customer base and contributing to the whole-of-government drive to help more companies to sell overseas.
