This information is for digital verification service (DVS) providers that:

are certified against the UK digital verification services trust framework (v1.0), (the trust framework) ; and
-
have services published on the register of digital verification services.
It explains the rules for the licensed use of the UK CertifID trust mark (the trust mark) by eligible DVS providers.
The trust mark is a trade mark registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office, and is protected by law including but not limited to the Trade Marks Act 1994 and the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (section 50).
OfDIA will take action against any unauthorised use of the trust mark.
