Details

Freedom of information request asking the current provision of replacing the existing Scottish Qualifications Authority, current provider of the United Kingdom’s ADR Driver Training Scheme in Scotland, with a UK based agency should Scotland receive independence in 2014.

The response confirms that no provision has been made in respect to a replacement service and there are no conditions within ADR that require a contracting party to approve a competent authority from within its own nation state.
