Details

The Sharing in Growth (SiG) programme seeks to help transform the competitiveness of firms in the UK’s aerospace supply chain, targeting firms with a turnover of £5 million - £100 million. It has been in operation since 2013.

It looks to identify areas where businesses can improve their leadership and operations to make themselves more competitive and safeguard or secure more business. To date the programme has supported some 80 aerospace companies and is now looking to take its expertise in to other sectors.

This evaluation considers the current impacts of the programme and assesses them against its intended impacts when first established.
