The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from FM Conway Ltd.

  • Application number: EPR/VP3630WE/A001
  • Regulated facilities types: 5.3 A(1) a) (ii) Disposal Or Recovery Of Hazardous Waste with a Capacity Exceeding 10 Tonnes Per Day Involving Physico-Chemical Treatment and A16 Physical treatment of non-hazardous waste
  • Regulated facility location: Heathrow Depot, North Hyde Gardens, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4QR

The application contains a description of:

  • the installation
  • the materials, substances and energy it will use and generate
  • the condition of its site
  • the source, nature and quantity of its foreseeable emissions and their significant effects on the environment
  • the proposed techniques for preventing, reducing, and monitoring its emissions and preventing and recovering waste
  • and an outline of the main alternatives, if any, considered
