High Speed 2 (HS2) Ltd is proposing to construct railway sidings and associated works adjacent to the Aylesbury Link Railway for the loading and offloading of spoil and waste material to the Calvert Landfill and the Greatmoor Energy from Waste Facility in the District of Aylesbury Vale. This would be part of the construction of Phase One of HS2 from London to the West Midlands.
The Planning Direction seeks deemed planning permission for the development. The development would be subject to the conditions as proposed.
