The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Wilson James Limited.

This is a new bespoke application for the storage and transfer of non-hazardous waste. Materials will be stored externally in skips / containers. The applicant is seeking to set the total quantity of waste accepted at the site as 500 tonnes per annum. There will be no treatment of any wastes. The applicant has submitted a Fire Prevention Plan (FPP) and a Dust and Emissions Management Plan (DEMP) as part of the application.
