The Commission announced by Decision 2018/C151/08, OJ C151, the start of an absorption investigation about the current anti-dumping measures on tubes and pipes of ductile cast iron (also known as spheroidal graphite cast iron), originating in India. The investigation will end within 9 months.
This regulation took effect on 1 May 2018.
The products are currently classified within commodity codes:
- 7303 0010 10
- 7303 0090 10
