Tribe Grove Street Devco Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from Greenwich Tertiaries and Chalk underground strata within an area defined by National Grid References TQ 36521 78458, TQ 36549 78462, TQ 36550 78436 and TQ 36525 78436.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 8.83 cubic metres an hour
- 212 cubic metres a day
- 77,380 cubic metres a year
- between 01 February 2026 and 31 January 2027 inclusive.
The water will be used for dewatering as part of construction.
