The rail contract between the Secretary of State for Transport and First TransPennine Express Limited, dated 19 May 2021, ends on the expiry date of 28 May 2023.
This prior information notice (PIN) informs the incumbent train operator that we seek to obtain a direct award (DA) at the end of the current contract.
