Case study on individual Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) round two project. It was run the GFTU in partnership with Connect, the union for professionals in communications. It aimed to deliver a two-year project to train and support cohorts of workplace representatives, with particular emphasis on workplace equality and diversity.
