The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 from Duchy of Cornwall.

  • Regulated facility location: Green Farm Cottage, St. Mary’s, Isles of Scilly, TR21 0NX

  • National grid reference discharge point: SV 92302 11900

  • Receiving environment: Groundwater via an infiltration system

  • Effluent type: Secondary treated sewage effluent

  • Volume: 0.6 cubic metres per day
