  1. The link for the list of disqualified directors has been updated.

  2. Updated to reflect the Part Suitability transition and to remove information relevant only to entry clearance and extension applications, the application deadline for both of which has now passed. Also added an accessible version.

  3. Guidance updated to remove some information on COVID-19 concessions.

  4. The guidance has been updated to reflect changes to the settlement requirements for applicants who successfully extended under the concession for individuals whose business had been negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
