This Department for Transport (DfT) circular concerns the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions (TSRGD) 2002. The TSRGD 2002 prescribes the design and conditions of use for traffic signs in England, Scotland and Wales. Traffic signs are essential for the implementation of traffic management schemes and for the enforcement of road traffic law.
