This Guide is intended as a practical aid for parties using the CAC’s statutory right of access framework, rather than a definitive statement of the law. Parties should refer to the relevant legislation, regulations and Code of Practice, or seek legal advice where necessary. The Guide should be read alongside the Code of Practice and any CAC forms or guidance relating to right of access applications and complaints.
