Colin Godbold, Vice Chair of the Social Security Advisory Committee (SSAC), has written to Penny Mordaunt, Minister of State for Disabled People, Health and Work, following the committee’s scrutiny of the Personal Independence Payment (Amendment) Regulations 2017.
