Details

The NDA group’s OneInclusion Strategy 2026 to 2030 builds on the progress made under the previous inclusion strategy and sets a clear direction for the next five years. It recognises that inclusion is essential to attracting and retaining talent, strengthening employee voice, supporting wellbeing and delivering the NDA group’s mission safely, securely and sustainably.

The strategy is structured around four themes:

  • inclusive culture
  • inclusive workplace
  • inclusive experience
  • inclusive measurement.

Together, these themes focus on embedding inclusive leadership, improving workforce diversity, ensuring fair and accessible employment practices, strengthening employee wellbeing and belonging, and using transparent reporting and evidence-based decision making to drive continuous improvement. The strategy also sets measurable goals and accountability arrangements to support delivery across the NDA group and its operating companies between 2026 and 2030.
