Decision of the Charity Commission published on 16 January 2013.

The commission reviewed its decision not to register The Marriage Foundation as a charity. On discussion with the applicants, the original objects submitted to the commission did not accurately reflect the organisation’s purposes, which appeared to be exclusively charitable and for the public benefit.

The organisation amended its objects so that the charity could be registered.
