Since it’s publication in 2004, by the Oxford University Press, a number of amendments to the text have been issued.
The Editorial Board of the manual has endorsed a project plan to publish a completely revised edition of the manual approximately ten years after initial publication.
Detail of the revision programme and the issue of amendments to the current text are explained in the agreed revision programme.
