We received a request under the Freedom of Information act 2000 for the following:
‘Please list the total legal costs so far, for all stages of the court action, from the initial case up to today’s appeal; including the costs of Haw’s defence, which, judgements having been consistently in his favour, has so far also been borne by the tax payer.’
