Details

This Direction replaces the one currently included at paragraph 31 of the Department of the Environment, Transport and the Regions Circular 01/2001: Arrangements for handling heritage applications – notification and directions by the Secretary of State.

Circular 01/2001 will be cancelled on 15 April 2015 and planning guidance updated to reflect the new Direction.
