Details

The Public Task Statement sets out the functions carried out by the Coal Authority that are within the Authority’s public task under the Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.

Our information Asset Register provides a list of all the information we make available to the public under licence.

   Updated our public task statement to reflect our Category 2 responder status and our responsibilities to Welsh Government, the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs and the Environment Agency.
