The framework document sets out the broad governance framework within which the CCT and DCMS operate, including with the Church Commissioners. It sets out the CCT’s core responsibilities, describes the governance and accountability framework between DCMS, the CCT and the Church Commissioners and sets out how the day-to-day relationship works in practice, including in relation to governance and financial matters.
