Details

This guidance is for trustees and managers of occupational pension schemes which are used for automatic enrolment. It explains how the charge cap works, with particular emphasis on identifying the default arrangement and how to assess charges.

The charge cap regulations were introduced by the Occupational Pension Schemes (Charges and Governance) Regulations 2015 which were laid before Parliament in February 2015 and were made in March 2015.

We consulted on these regulations between 17 October 2014 and 14 November 2014.
