Details

These regulations amended the Authorisation of Frequency Use for the Provision of Mobile Satellite Services (European Union) Regulations 2010 to establish a common enforcement regime across the EU. Further information on the 2010 regulations (including an impact assessment contained within the explanatory memorandum) is available here.

No impact assessment was prepared for the 2013 regulations, as there was considered to be ‘no impact on business, charities or voluntary bodies’ at that time. Further information on the 2013 regulations is available here.
