Details

The Chief Secretary will lead a review of value for money across public spending ahead of the next spending review, covering: (i) homelessness; (ii) youth provision and; (iii) maintenance of public assets.

The terms of reference confirm the objectives, scope, governance and timetable of each review and sets out the cross government collaboration to develop recommendations for improving value for money ahead of the next spending review.
