We receivd a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) for the following:
‘Please send a copy of your standard terms of employment for staff of the type responsible for responding to FoI requests and any other human resources policies and standards that may indicate whether deliberately breaking the law in the course of employment is a disciplinary matter. Additionally please provide me with any statistics that you have showing the number of staff who have been disciplined for breaches of the 20 day time limit for responding to FOI requests.’
