Terminating the circumvention investigation for hand pallet trucks, consigned from Vietnam, stopping registration of these products, and repealing regulation 2017/1348.
The Commission has published Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/260 OJ L49, terminating the circumvention proceedings for hand pallet trucks and their essential parts, consigned from Vietnam, without measures. Registration has been stopped and regulation 2017/1348 is repealed.
Regulation 2018/260 will take effect from 23 February 2018.
Customs authorities are directed to stop registration of imports of Vietnam consigned hand pallet trucks and parts.
