If you comply with the conditions in this regulatory position statement (RPS), you do not need to apply for an environmental permit to temporarily store ELVs at a motor manufacturer’s dealership.

  1. We have extended the expiry date of this RPS until 30 September 2023. We have also included a condition that you must keep records for 2 years that show you have complied with this RPS.
