Details

Use the applicable form if:

  • You are an officer of an independent trade union and want to make an application for Right of Access for a group of workers to the employer.
  • You are an employer and you are responding to a request made by an independent trade union to have access to a group of workers in the workplace.
  • You are an officer of an independent trade union and a representative from the employer, and you want to provide a joint notification to the CAC of an agreed access agreement.

Or

  • You are an officer of an independent trade union and a representative from the employer, and you want to provide a joint notification to the CAC of a variation/revocation of an agreed access agreement.
