Use form AAG6 ATED to tell HM Revenue and Customs of Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED) avoidance scheme reference number.



Form AAG6(ATED) is no longer current government policy/activity.

Form AAG6 is to be part completed by the scheme promoter, printed and referred to the individual who has been provided with an avoidance scheme which is intended to produce an ATED advantage.
