Details of the application
Tasker Partnership has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number MD/028/0069/050 which authorises the abstraction of water from Sherwood Sandstone at National Grid Reference (NGR) SK 76137 88055, and licence serial number MD/028/0069/048 which authorises the abstraction of water from Inland water (pond) at Wheatley Wood Farm at NGR SK 76344 87977.
The variation applied for is to change abstraction period to all year for both licences.
