The Great Britain China Centre (GBCC) is a non-departmental public body sponsored by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office. It encourages mutual knowledge and understanding between Britain and China by promoting closer cultural, professional, economic, educational, legal, judicial and other contacts. It works with Chinese partners to contribute to the development of good governance, rule of law and the better protection of human rights.
These terms of reference set out the objectives and scope for the Tailored Review and include information on how and when the review will be conducted.
