Details of the application
T J Morris Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a licence to abstract water from drains at National Grid References (NGRs) SE 66685 11150 and SE 66187 10848 to transfer it to drains at NGRs SE 66868 11207 and SE 66306 10872 without intervening use.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
- 22 cubic metres an hour
- 104 cubic metres a day
- 37,842 cubic metres a year.
