Details

The weekly collection support scheme is a challenge fund which makes up to £250 million available to support local authorities in delivering weekly collections of household waste and recycling.

The fund was open to bids from English local authorities that wished to introduce, reinstate or retain weekly collections of household waste.

This prospectus contains the information that authorities needed to complete an outline bid. The deadline for final bids was 17 August 2012.
