This release has been compiled by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government and it provides information on domestic abuse support services within safe accommodation delivered by local authorities.

The data is derived from returns submitted by the 121 Tier 1 local authorities that were in existence in England in 2024-25 and is used to monitor progress on implementation and delivery of local authorities duties under Part 4 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 across England.
