Details

The Civil Service Leadership Academy is a cross government initiative set up to provide tailored leadership development to all senior Civil Service leaders and to facilitate networking and collaborative opportunities. We equip leaders using a ‘leaders teach leaders’ model of learning for the complex and unique environment the Civil Service operates in. We do this through three core programmes.
