UK Visas and Immigration guidance for staff on when permission to enter may be refused on a person’s arrival in the UK and when existing entry clearance or permission to enter or permission to stay may be cancelled on arrival.

   Changes to reflect Part Suitability replacing Part 9: grounds for refusal of the Immigration Rules.
