Details

The Steel Industry (Special Measures) Bill will allow the government to intervene and safeguard the future of steelmaking in the UK. This will ensure jobs, national security and supply chains are protected.

The Draft Steel Industry (Special Measures) Bill will be debated in Parliament on 12 April 2025.
