This Statement is issued in accordance with the requirements set out in Protocol 3 of the UK Statistics Authority’s Code of Practice for Official Statistics.

For each data source the Statement describes the procedural arrangements put in place for:

• dealing with any changes to the underlying data
• giving statistical staff access to the data
• quality assuring the data
• ensuring the security of the source data
