Details of the application
The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Professional Remediation Limited.
This application is for a mobile plant bespoke permit. The operator intends to specifically deploy under it to extinguish a long-running colliery spoil fire at Pepper Street, Keele. As the operator’s registered office address is in the Bury area, we are looking to consult in areas for both the registered office and site address respectively.
