Details

These rules allow you to erect and use temporary scaffolding affecting up to 20 metres length of a main river for a maximum of 4 weeks. The watercourse must be at least 4 metres wide.

These rules do not allow you to erect or use scaffolding:

  • on or within 8 metres of flood defences
  • during the fish breeding season
