     Updated the 'Details' section to linked to the new service for applying for a environmental permit online in England.

     Added that the Environment Agency is testing a new online service for permit applications in England. Added a link so you can sign up to use the new service and give feedback.

     Updated standard rule with minor amendments to the wording found on the introductionary page. The second bullet point has been changed.

     We have updated the interpretation section 4.4 of the standard rule with a revised definition for the term ‘European Site’

Details

Standard rules to allow you to temporarily store waste in lagoons that arises from dredging inland waters.

You can apply for this standard rules permit if: 

• your activity meets the rules set out in the permit 
• you can manage the potential risks as set out in the generic risk assessment
