Release provides the actual amounts paid by the Department for Business Innovation and Skills (BIS) and its predecessors, the Department for Business and Regulatory Reform (BERR) and the Department for Trade and Industry (DTI), to Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) to enforce the National Minimum Wage policy, from 2005 to 2015.

The information has been released by BIS under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
