This publication lists the names of the special advisers in post as at 15 December 2020, including:

  • each special adviser’s pay band
  • salaries in bands of £5,000 where this is £70,000 or higher
  • details of the special advisers’ pay ranges
  • the total pay bill cost of special advisers for the period 1 April 2019 - 31 March 2020
