Details

This letter is a response to a Freedom of Information request about how much money was spent and how many calls were made to:

  • 118 directory enquiry lines
  • the speaking clock service normally accessed by ringing 123
  • any number starting 090

The request asked for this information for the last three financial years (2010 to 2013). The response provides links to a previous response and explains that providing a comprehensive answer to the question about 090 numbers would exceed £600.
